    Interesting FPC Facts   On September 6, 1966, our Church began and subsidized a Christian Kindergarten for four and five-year-old children. Mrs. Joseph Zary (Katy) was Director, and Mrs. Ernest Hoffman (Jane) was her assistant. The Presbyterian Catechism was taught, as it still is today.   In 1967, Ms. Grace Christian passed away at the age of 95. She was one of two women to be on the Plans and Building Committee for the new church building at 840 Main Street in 1930.     Thanks for your prayers as Fran and I spent a week in N.C. and S.C. I attended a conference on The Nature and Sufficiency of Scripture, while Fran spent some time with our daughter, Sandra, and her family. They got moved into their new home on Thursday and we were able to spend the night and return to Hattiesburg on Friday, March 12. The conference was very practical.
